What are your Credentials?

Our approach is led by a qualified professional with a degree in Psychology. Kat has also studied a Diploma in Counselling, MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) and MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) teacher training, combining academic knowledge with practical application techniques. All strategies are grounded in established psychological research and tailored to your specific needs. Kat has 5 years experience working with people with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and cPTSD. Further to that experience working with Autism, Acquired Brain Injury, Cognitive disabilities and has provided other supports through the NDIS.

What is the Investment?

For individuals we offer unlimited private one off sessions at $140 for a 50 minute session. We also offer an 8-Week Comprehensive Program: $960 ($120 per session). Please note, we currently offer a private service which is not connected to medicare. For workshops and corporate events please contact us to find out more at kat@groundingmindfulness.com.

are you accepting new clients?

We are currently accepting new clients online. We maintain a small client base to ensure personalised attention. Currently accepting new clients for May start dates. We have some out of office hours available. Limited Availability.

is this different from therapy?

Our program focuses on educational skill development rather than therapy. We teach practical techniques for emotional regulation and resilience building that you can apply immediately in your daily life.
