Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To better serve all clients and maintain the integrity of our services, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Policy Guidelines:

  1. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to maintain business and the opportunity to offer the time slot to someone else.

  2. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid loss of session.

  3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of session at full fee. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency, at our discretion.

  4. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without providing notice, the full session will be charged. Repeated no-shows without communication may result in the suspension of future appointments.

  5. How to Cancel/Reschedule: Cancellations or rescheduling can be done through email at kat@groundingmindfulness.com.au - Please ensure that you receive confirmation of your cancellation to avoid any charges.
