Credentials
Our approach is led by a qualified professional with a degree in Psychology. Kat has also studied a Diploma in Counselling, combining academic knowledge with practical application techniques. All strategies are grounded in established psychological research and tailored to your specific needs. Kat has 5 years experience working with people with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and cPTSD. Further to that experience working with Autism, Acquired Brain Injury, Cognitive disabilities and has provided other supports through the NDIS.
Investment
For individuals we offer unlimited private one off sessions at $140 for a 50 minute session. We also offer an 8-Week Comprehensive Program: $960 ($120 per session).
